Post category, number of vacancy is as below:
The appointments shall be made purely on contractual basis for a period of 11 months only subject to renewal of the contract based on the satisfactory performance. Every renewal of contract based on satisfactory annual performance shall be financially incentivized.

2) B.Ed degree from a recognized University.
3) Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in any Government / Semi Government / Government recognized / Private reputed CBSE/SEBA affiliated Senior Secondary (10+2) School / College including JNV/ KV.
4) Good communication skills in English, Hindi and local vernacular language.
5) Good interpersonal skills, management & leadership quality, administrative ability & integrity, and computer proficiency.

For engagement of Post Graduate Teacher (Arts), the candidate must possess:
a) Post Graduate Degree in Arts from a recognized University with minimum 55 % of marks in both Graduation and Post-Graduation in the respective subject and
b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).

For the post of Graduate Teacher (Science), the candidate must be:

D) Graduate Teacher (Hindi):
B.Ed. degree from any recognized University (PARANGAT to be treated as B.Ed. degree only for the purpose of Hindi teaching).
Pravin / Ratna in Hindi with 55 % marks and degree qualification with 55% marks or post Graduate degree in Arts with 55 % marks with Pravin/ Ratna in Hindi with 55% marks from any recognized University, Or, BA with 55% marks and having Hindi as one of the subjects with 55% marks or post Graduate in Arts with 55% marks provided that he has passed BA with one of the subjects as Hindi with 53% marks in Hindi.
E) Assistant Teacher (Arts & Science):
For the post of Assistant Teacher (Arts), the candidate must be:
a) A Graduate in Arts from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and
b) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
For the post of Assistant Teacher (Science), the candidate must be:
a) A Graduate in Science from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and
b) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized Institution(s).
a) A Graduate in Arts from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and

For the post of Assistant Teacher (Science), the candidate must be:
a) A Graduate in Science from recognized University with a minimum 55% marks and

Apart from the competency in Major subject, he/ she needs to have expertise to teach one additional subject and one language subject (Bodo in BTR; Bengali in Barak Valley and Assamese in Brahmaputra Valley)
